They are carnivorous which means they are meat-eaters. They live in lakes and camouflage as logs so they can act to surprise attack on their prey.


About the Alligator
Alligators are large, semi-aquatic carnivorous reptiles with four legs and a huge leg. Once they were listed endangered species, American alligators have recovered and are common in many places in the southeast. Fish are an important food source for alligators.They mainly eat that because they find fish a lot in water. The alligators as you can see they are a crushing machine.

They are scared because the elephant might step on them while running. The elephant is not the largest animal in the world, the Blue Whale is.

About the Elephant

Elephant eats a lot to have energy. Mammoths are the ancientness of the modern day elephants.  Elephants are a symbol of wisdom in Asian cultures and famed for for their memory and intelligence, where their intelligence level is thought to be equal to that of dolphins and primates. The word "elephant" has its origins in the Greek meaning "ivory. The Asian elephant, is smaller than the African.

About Penguin
There are birds all over the place, they fly and eat. There are birds that can't fly. These unusually birds are penguins. Penguins have very good time. They swim in the freezing cold water of Antarctica. These birds can't fly because they don't have strong shoulder muscle and they have heavy bones. Its too heavy to fly. They are very fast swimmers and also jump out of the water like dolphins.

Penguins eat mostly krill, fish, squid and other ocean lifeforms. Penguins aren't the only thing underwater. There predator like the killer whale, and sea lion. Penguins have to be careful to not be breakfast, lunch, or dinner to other animals. When they are hungry they jump into the water and swim very fast.

 Penguins have a hard time in the freezing Antarctica. When there us a blizzard, they need to huddle to keep warm. They need to make sure to no be lunch.

You have seen many birds in your life. Sparrow, Blue Jay, and etc. I'll bet that you haven't seen anything like this. The Kingfisher is a the most awesome bird. It is the king of fishing.

About the Kingfisher

Kingfishers are a small group of small-medium birds. Kingfishers are famous for diving to get there food. There are more than 80 kingfisher species. Kingfisher can easily catch fish. The secret to this fishing is that they have very good eyesight, they could see a motionless fish. They fly at 30 m.p.h so that the fish doesn't get away. Kingfisher have small feet but they are very strong. They spend most of there time perching on branches, twigs. Fish isn't the only on the menu. Kingfishers don't always eat fish. They sometimes eat like crabs, crayfish, snails, and frogs.
